Application and dosage

The recommended consumption of Linusit Gold linseed is three times a day, if possible before or with meals.It is important to ensure you drink plenty of fluids per day.The flax seeds can be consumed in different ways:

As a pure variant: Take 15 g (2 tablespoons) of the linseeds, consume them as whole as possible and then drink 1-2 glasses of water.For children aged 6-12, 1 tablespoon is enough.

As a linseed porridge: Stir 15 g of linseed in about 400 ml of water and bring the mixture to a brief boil.Let the porridge sit for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Then consume the pulp with the seeds.

As linseed gel: Lightly crush 15 g of linseed without grinding it and stir it into about 400 ml of water.Bring the mixture to a brief boil and let it simmer for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Roughly spread the gel over a sieve and consume within 30 minutes.
