Instructions for use of the article Aurica Flohsamen Kerne: Indications: - Constipation - Facilitation of bowel movements and softening of stools - Tears in the anal mucosa, haemorrhoids, surgical operations - Irritable bowel syndrome Dosage and directions for use: - Adolescents from 12 years of age and adults take 5 g (1 teaspoon) several times a day, independently of meals - Soak psyllium seeds in water and drink plenty of liquid. - Duration of use depends on the symptoms and/or the course of the disease. - Seek medical advice if symptoms persist for a long time or recur regularly Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the ingredients - Constriction in the digestive tract - Intestinal obstruction or threatened intestinal obstruction - diabetes mellitus - Not for children under 12 years of age - Pregnancy and breastfeeding possible, but consult doctor or pharmacist beforehand Side effects: - Side effects have occurred only rarely up to now - Consult a doctor or pharmacist in the event of symptoms during treatment.
