Optiderm cream is a medicinal product used for moisturising the horny layer, greasing and relieving itching in skin diseases with dry and/or itchy skin such as neurodermatitis and dehydration damage. The cream contains the active ingredients urea and macrogollauryl ether 6.5 (polidocanol). It is applied thinly to the affected skin areas twice a day. The average duration of application is three weeks, but can be extended if necessary. Optiderm cream is quickly absorbed into the skin and contains no colourings or fragrances. Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided during application. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use.
