Instructions for use of the article Fixomull Stretch 30 cm x 10 m: Fixomull Stretch is an adhesive dressing for the fixation of wound dressings. It is particularly flexible and adapts well to contoured parts of the body. This ensures secure fixation without causing constriction, congestion or circulation problems. The material consists of a polyester fleece coated with polyacrylate adhesive. It is both air and water vapour permeable and therefore well tolerated by sensitive skin. The Fixomull Stretch dressing was developed by the LEUKOPLAST-experts and is ideal for the fixation of wound dressings, ointment dressings, instruments, probes, catheters and measuring devices. Due to its transverse elasticity, it adapts well to highly contoured parts of the body and prevents strangulation and circulation problems. The product has good immediate and permanent adhesion and is easy and versatile to use. The entire product family of LEUKOPLAST and Fixomull is characterised by skin-friendly properties, such as the high water vapour permeability of the material and the combination of skin-friendly adhesive and backing materials. Fixomull Stretch is suitable for the fixation of wound dressings and compresses on frequently moving body parts and joints as well as for the secure attachment of probes, catheters and measuring elements. The dressing can be cut to size and is supple. To LEUKOPLAST-apply, cut off the required amount, peel off one half of the protective film and stick the dress LEUKOPLAST ing to the affected part of the body.
