Fixomull stretch is an adhesive dressing suitable for the fixation of wound dressings. It can be used to secure wound dressings and compresses over the entire surface of frequently moving parts of the body and joints. It is also suitable for the secure fixation of probes, catheters and measuring elements. The dressing consists of a polyester fleece coated with polyacrylate adhesive. It is supple and adapts well to strongly contoured parts of the body, preventing constriction, congestion and circulatory problems. The dressing has good immediate and permanent adhesion as well as good air and water vapour permeability. It prevents contamination, is well tolerated by patients with sensitive skin and is easy and versatile to use. To apply, cut off the required amount, remove one half of the protective film and stick the dressing to the affected part of the body.
