Doregrippin® - The quick triple help for cold pain, fever and stuffy nose
Doregrippin® is a proven remedy for the quick and targeted treatment of cold symptoms and flu-like infections.The balanced combination of 500 mg paracetamol and 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride helps with various complaints:
Doregrippin® combats cold pain such as headaches and body aches, clears a stuffy nose, relieves a runny nose and reduces fever.It is particularly suitable for people who do not want to use several different remedies but want to rely on a medicine with combined active ingredients.
Doregrippin® is gentle on the stomach and contains no drowsy ingredients.It is suitable for adults and children aged 11 and over.No prescription is required for this product.
Mode of action
Doregrippin® contains a balanced active ingredient combination of 500 mg paracetamol and 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride, which works in different ways:
Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.It combats cold pains such as headaches, body aches and fever.Phenylephrine has a decongestant effect on the mucous membrane of the nose and sinuses, clears the stuffy nose and slows down the flow of secretions, making it easier to breathe through.
Doregrippin® also scores with good tolerability.The active ingredient paracetamol is gentle on the stomach and the product does not contain any drowsy ingredients.It is also suitable for people with ASS-intolerance.

Doregrippin® contains the following active ingredients and ingredients:
500 mg paracetamol, 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride, 8.21 mg phenylephrine, cellulose, microcrystalline, croscarmellose, crospovidone, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, corn starch, polymethacrylate, povidone, silicon dioxide, simeticone, starch, pregelatinized, stearic acid, talc.
Contraindications
Doregrippin® should not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in cases of increased hyperthyroidism, adrenal medullary tumor (pheochromocytoma), glaucoma (angle-closure glaucoma), severe liver dysfunction, severe organic heart and vascular changes, cardiac arrhythmias, high blood pressure, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive respiratory diseases, respiratory insufficiency, respiratory depression, narrowing of the efferent ductsUrinary tract, porphyria, genetic deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and in children under 11 years.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over can take 1-2 film-coated tablets up to 3 times a day as needed.Children aged 11 to 14 years take 1 film-coated tablet a maximum of 3 times a day.The tablets should be swallowed whole with some liquid.Taking it after meals may result in a delayed onset of action.

Patient information
Particular caution is required when taking Doregrippin® in the case of diabetes mellitus, tumors of the adrenal medulla, diseases of the heart and vessels, impairment of liver function, kidney dysfunction, congenital increased bilirubin content in the blood, chronic alcoholism and if certain mood-enhancing drugs have been taken at the same time or up to 2 weeks ago.
If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after more than three days, or if you have a high fever, you should see a doctor.To prevent the risk of overdose, it should be ensured that other medicines taken at the same time do not contain paracetamol.The simultaneous use of mucosal decongestants and other cold preparations should also be avoided.
Long-term, high-dose, improper use of painkillers can cause headaches, which should not be treated with increased doses of the drug.The habitual use of painkillers, especially combinations of several painkillers, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure.
If painkillers are stopped abruptly after long-term, high-dose, improper use, headaches as well as fatigue, muscle pain, nervousness and vegetative symptoms may occur.The withdrawal symptoms subside within a few days.Until then, you should not take painkillers again and should not take them again without medical advice.
Without medical or dental advice, you should generally only take medicines containing paracetamol for a few days and not in large quantities.
So far, no impairments in the ability to drive or use machines have been reported in connection with taking the drug.When performing these activities, the possibility of adverse effects such as dizziness, fatigue, confusion, or visual disturbances should be considered.
Pregnancy
Doregrippin® must not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Taking it after meals may result in a delayed onset of action.The consumption of alcohol should be avoided during use.Long-term, improper use of painkillers in large quantities can cause headaches, which should not be treated with increased amounts of the drug.The habitual use of painkillers, especially when combining several painkillers, can lead to permanent kidney damage with the risk of kidney failure.
After abrupt discontinuation after long-term improper use of painkillers in large quantities, headaches as well as fatigue, muscle pain and nervousness may occur.These signs disappear within a few days.Until then, you should not take painkillers again and should not take them again without medical advice.
