Directions for use of the product Echinacea Compositum Ampullen Vet. Echinacea Compositum is a homeopathic medicinal product for animals and is used without a therapeutic indication. However, it should be used in consultation with a veterinarian. It is not recommended to use Echinacea Compositum in cases of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients or in cases of chronic viral diseases or autoimmune diseases. There are no known interactions with other medicinal products. Side effects are also not known, but there may be a temporary worsening of the symptoms. In this case, the medicinal product should be discontinued and a veterinarian consulted. If other side effects not listed occur, these should be reported to the veterinarian or pharmacist. Echinacea Compositum is suitable for a wide range of animals, including horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs and cats. The dosage and method of use varies according to the type of animal. For acute symptoms, the dose may be repeated after 24 hours. The application should not be carried out over a longer period of time without veterinary advice. There is no withdrawal period for food-producing animals. In case of persistent, unclear or severe complaints, a veterinarian should be consulted immediately. The medicinal product should only be used by veterinarians or persons with appropriate injection technique.
