Use as a cold compress

The compress is suitable for cold treatment of sports injuries, toothaches, migraines, insect bites and fever.Before use, the compress should be cooled in the freezer for about two hours.It is then wrapped in a thin cloth and placed on the painful area.

Use as a heat compress

The compress can be used for heat treatment of muscle tension, sore muscles, lumbago, sore throats and bruises.To do this, it is placed in hot water of up to 80°C for around eight minutes, wrapped in a thin cloth and placed on the painful area.
