Instructions for use for Cooling Gel Mini Compress (cold / warm) 8 x 13cm: The cooling gel mini compress can be used for cold treatment of sports injuries, toothache, migraine, insect bites, fever and more. Before use as a cold compress, the compress should be placed in the freezer for about 2 hours and then wrapped in a thin cloth and placed on the painful area. The compress can also be used for heat treatment of muscle tension, sore muscles, lumbago, sore throat, bruises and more. Before use as a heat compress, the compress should be placed in water up to 80°C for approx. 8 minutes and then wrapped in a thin cloth and placed on the painful area. The cooling gel mini compress is characterised by an even cold/heat distribution and is extremely flexible at temperatures down to -18°C. It can also be reused several times.
