Instructions for use for Wepa Cold-Warm Compresses (8.5 x 14.5 cm) Wepa Cold-Warm Compresses are small and handy gel compresses that can be used for minor injuries such as toothache and mosquito bites. They are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. The cold application of the compresses is proven for pain, swelling and inflammation of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, swellings, bruises, insect bites and toothache. The warm application serves to relax individual parts of the body, it has a soothing, pain-relieving effect and promotes blood circulation. It can be used for tension, sore muscles, back pain and menstrual cramps. For cold application, it is recommended to store the compresses in the freezer and they are ready for use after about 2 hours of cooling. For warm use, the compress can be warmed in hot (not boiling) water for approx. 2 minutes (max. 80 °C) or in the microwave for approx. 1 minute on the highest wattage setting (280 watts).
