What is intestinal flora plus select?

Four capsules of Darmflora plus select contain 48 billion live lactic acid bacteria, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium breve and Streptococcus thermophilus.It also contains 1.1 mg vitamin B1, 1.4 mg vitamin B2, 1.4 mg vitamin B6, 2.5 µg vitamin B12, 50 µg biotin and 200 µg folic acid.

Darmflora plus select supports intestinal health by providing live lactic acid bacteria, which occur naturally in probiotic foods such as yogurt or kefir.Vitamin B2 and biotin help maintain normal mucous membranes, while vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid support the function of the immune system.The capsules are vegan, lactose-free, fructose-free and gluten-free as well as free of gelatin, milk protein, colorings and histamine.They are therefore also suitable for people with special dietary requirements.

Dosage

The recommended dosage of Darmflora plus select is four capsules daily, which are best taken with meals with plenty of liquid.With regular use, the daily dose can be reduced to two capsules.For children and adolescents, half the dose is sufficient.
