Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to St. John's wort, this product should not be used.

Dosage and application

For adults, including the elderly, pour 150 ml of boiling water into an infusion bag and let it steep for about 10 minutes.

The daily dose is 1 to 2 times in the morning and evening.

Relief from temporary mental fatigue

The daily dose is 2 to 3 times a day.

Relief from mild gastrointestinal complaints

The daily dose is 2 times a day.
