Cytocan Port Cannula 19 G 20 mm is a flexible, non-punching port cannula with fixation plate used for long-term infusions. The cannula has a special cut that allows easy insertion into the septum without punching it. After removal of the cannula, the septum closes automatically. Special features of the port cannula are the flexible and transparent fixation plate, which facilitates puncture and fixation and increases patient comfort. The transparent fixation plate also allows better visibility of the puncture site and early detection of infections. The cannula is conditionally MR-safe and free of latex, DEHP and PVC. The extension line is also PVC-free and fitted with a clamp. One pack contains 25 pieces of the Cytocan port cannula. The manufacturer is B. Braun Melsungen AG.
