Nubral® Cream is a special urea cream that is used to support the treatment of skin diseases such as dermatoses.It is particularly suitable for accompanying therapy for neurodermatitis, which is often accompanied by dry skin.The cream is characterized by excellent galenics, is not sticky, does not smear and is quickly absorbed.It is also odorless.One gram of the cream contains 100 mg of urea as an active ingredient.

Area of application

Nubral® Cream is used to support the treatment of skin diseases, especially neurodermatitis, which is associated with dry skin.The cream can also be used in combination with corticosteroid therapy to soothe and nourish the skin.

Mode of action

Nubral® Cream has a supportive effect on various skin diseases.It moisturizes the skin, relieves itching and soothes the skin.This helps relieve the symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema.

Nubral® Cream contains the following active ingredients and excipients: 100 mg urea, cetomacrogol 1000, cetostearyl alcohol, glycerol monostearate, myristyl lactate, octyl palmitate, thin paraffin, propylene glycol, purified water, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate.

Contraindications

Nubral® Cream must not be used if you are hypersensitive to urea or any of the other ingredients of the preparation.In addition, the cream should not be used to treat acute inflammatory skin conditions and should not be used on large areas in patients with impaired kidney function.

Dosage

Depending on the skin condition, apply the cream thinly to the affected skin areas 1-2 times a day and massage in.The duration of use is not limited in time, as skin diseases such as neurodermatitis usually require long-term therapy.Using Nubral® Cream can reduce the frequency of use of steroid preparations.Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak.

If you have used a larger amount than you should, poisoning is not known and is not to be expected due to the composition of the preparation.

Intake

Nubral® Cream must not be taken.The cream is exclusively for external use on the skin.Apply the cream thinly to the affected skin areas and massage in.

Patient information

Do not bring the cream into contact with eyes and mucous membranes.No special precautions are required regarding the ability to drive and use machines.

Pregnancy

Before using Nubral® Cream, ask your doctor or pharmacy for advice.There are no known signs of risk for topical urea use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Notes

Nubral® Cream contains methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (parabens), cetostearyl alcohol and propylene glycol.Cetylstearyl alcohol can cause localized skin irritation.Propylene glycol can cause skin irritation.Do not use this medicine on babies under 4 weeks of age who have open wounds or extensive skin injuries without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.
