Prostagutt uno 320 mg capsules are used to relieve discomfort during urination in benign enlargement of the prostate. It is a herbal medicinal product containing saw palmetto fruit thick extract as the active ingredient. The capsules should be taken once a day, independently of meals. The duration of use depends on the type and severity of the symptoms. Prostagutt uno improves the symptoms of an enlarged prostate without correcting the enlargement itself. It is important to consult a doctor regularly, especially if there is blood in the urine or acute urinary retention. Side effects are rare but may include stomach upset or hypersensitivity reactions.
