Area of application

This herbal medicine is used to relieve urinary problems caused by a benign enlargement of the prostate.It is used for problems with urination in stages I to II according to Alken or II to III according to Vahlensieck.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The preparation contains 600.1 mg of nettle root dry extract, extracted with 20% methanol.The following excipients are also included: carboxymethyl starch sodium salt type A, cellulose powder, iron (III) hydroxide oxide x-water, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc and titanium dioxide.

Contraindications

The medication must not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to nettle root or any of the other ingredients.

Dosage

Always take the product as directed.If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.The usual dose for adults is one film-coated tablet once a day.There are no specific dosage recommendations for people with kidney or liver disease.

Due to its good tolerability, the drug can be used long-term.However, the duration of use should be discussed with the treating doctor.If you experience side effects or have an inadequate effect, please consult your doctor.

There are no known cases of poisoning in the event of an overdose.The usual side effects may occur more frequently.If you forget, do not take a double dose.Interruption of treatment is harmless.

Intake

The film-coated tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid, preferably a glass of water, after meals.

Patient information

Before treatment, a medical examination should be carried out to rule out serious illnesses.The medication relieves the symptoms, but does not eliminate the enlargement of the prostate.If symptoms worsen or you experience fever, cramps, blood in the urine, painful urination or acute urinary retention, you should see a doctor immediately.

No special precautions are required when driving vehicles or operating machines.
