Each tablet contains 10 mg of biotin as an active ingredient.The following excipients are also included: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, povidone K30, crospovidone and lactose monohydrate.

Mode of action

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is a water-soluble vitamin and part of the vitamin B complex.It plays an important role in metabolism, especially in the function of the nerves, digestion and the cardiovascular system.Biotin supports the formation of keratin, a structural protein that promotes the growth of nails, hair and skin.

Dosage
