Information for use with the article Linden Blossom Tea: - Indications: For the treatment of coughs associated with a cold. - Dosage: Children and adults should take 1.8g (1 teaspoon) 1-2 times daily, regardless of the meal. - Mode of action: Linden flowers have a diaphoretic effect and facilitate the expectoration of stuck mucus. - Contraindications: The medicinal product must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the ingredients. - Side effects: No side effects are known at present. - Composition: 1 g of tea contains 1 g of lime blossom. A tasty lime blossom tea. However, a little expensive, except when it is on offer, as is currently the case.

Unfortunately, this tea does not live up to its promise: despite explicit information in the leaflet that the active ingredient consists of 100% flowers, the tea contains a mixture consisting mainly of leaves and even stems (tree branches). Pure lime blossom tea has a special flowery flavour and has a diaphoretic effect. However, this tea tasted more like straw and had no noticeable effect on me. I won't be buying any more from this manufacturer!

It's been my favourite lime blossom tea for years - it doesn't get slimy like the ones in bags, lasts forever, tastes good and is naturally healthy!
