Information for use with the article Lady's Mantle Herb Medicinal Tea: This medicinal tea is used for non-specific mild diarrhoea. Lady's mantle herb is a herbal gastrointestinal remedy. The tea is drunk 3 to 5 times a day by pouring boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 2 teaspoons full of lady's mantle herb and passing it through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes. The tea should not be prepared with warm water. Possible side effects are not known. Lady's mantle herb cannot be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substance. If diarrhoea persists for more than 2 days or is accompanied by blood inclusions or an increase in temperature, a doctor should be consulted. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. It should be stored in its original packaging away from light and moisture.
