Directions for use of the article Rosemary leaves tea Indications: - Internal use for digestive complaints - External use in rheumatic diseases for supportive therapy and for circulatory complaints Dosage and directions for use: - Adolescents from 12 years and adults: 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily or 50 g of tea once daily. - Digestive complaints: Prepare tea infusion with boiling water and pass through a tea strainer after 10-15 minutes. - Rheumatic complaints and circulatory disorders: Infuse rosemary leaves with hot water, dilute and take a full bath - Duration of use: not limited, in case of prolonged or recurring complaints seek medical advice Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to rosemary leaves - Children under 12 years of age - Pregnancy and breastfeeding - External use for large skin wounds, acute skin diseases, severe febrile and infectious diseases, cardiac insufficiency and high blood pressure.
