Directions for use of the article Aurum/lavandula Comp.Creme: - Indications: Vegetative cardiovascular disorders, palpitations and cardiac anxiety according to the anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. - Warnings: Contains lavender oil, please see package leaflet. - Dosage: Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age rub a cream strand of 2-3 cm length into the heart area 1-2 times daily. For children aged 3-11 years, a cream strand 0.5-1 cm long is used. - Ingredients: Aurum metallicum praeparatum Dil. D4, lavender oil and rose petal extract in a cream base of paraffin and other ingredients. - Contraindications: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to lavender oil or other ingredients and in infants and young children under 2 years of age. - Pregnancy: Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or if you are planning to become pregnant. - Advice: Please read the package leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. If I can't fall asleep at night due to severe restlessness, I use the cream and then it goes much better. In fact, I usually fall asleep after just a few minutes.

The Aurum Lavendula Cream has a pleasant fragrance and, in my experience, has a calming effect on the heart and circulation.
