Information for use of the article Blackberry leaves tea: - Indications: The medicinal tea is used for non-specific, acute diarrhoea and mild inflammation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat. If diarrhoea persists for more than 2 days or is accompanied by blood or raised temperature, a doctor should be consulted. Diarrhoea in infants and small children requires consultation with a doctor. In the case of mild inflammation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat that persists for more than 1 week, recurs or if symptoms are unclear, a doctor should also be consulted. - Dosage and method of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion 3 times a day between meals or rinse or gargle with a lukewarm tea infusion. For this, 2 teaspoonfuls (approx. 1.5 g) of blackberry leaves are poured over boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and passed through a tea strainer after about 10 to 15 minutes. - Composition: 100 g of medicinal tea contain the active substance: 100 g of blackberry leaves.
