Information for use with the article Liquorice root tea: - Licorice root tea is used for catarrh of the upper respiratory tract and inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. - Important information: Read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist. - Directions: Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times a day. Pour boiling water over the tea and strain through a tea strainer after 10-15 minutes. - Duration of use: Do not take for longer than 4-6 weeks. - Side effects: Prolonged use and higher dosage may cause undesirable effects such as high blood pressure, potassium loss and oedema. - Contraindications: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to liquorice root, high blood pressure, impaired kidney function, liver diseases caused by bile stasis, liver cirrhosis and potassium deficiency. - Storage: Store away from moisture and light. - Manufacturer: Bombastus-Werke AGMedicines Reviews

In my experience, very good quality, large pieces, strong odour and taste. I'm absolutely delighted, I haven't seen many products from the competition but so far they haven't been anywhere near as good. One of my most bought and used teas. Highly recommended company, use many of their teas and this is one of their highlights in my opinion.
