Abbey Valerian calming drops contain valerian tincture as the active ingredient.100 ml of the product contains 100 ml tincture of valerian root (1:5), with ethanol 70% (v/v) serving as an extractant.No other components are included.

Contraindications

Dosage

To calm you down, it is recommended to take half a teaspoon full (approx. 1.5 ml) of valerian tincture 2 to 3 times a day.If you have trouble sleeping, take a teaspoon full (approx. 3 ml) of the tincture diluted with a little water half an hour before going to bed.If the effectiveness is not sufficient, an additional teaspoonful can be taken before dinner.
