Area of application

These effervescent tablets support the electrolyte balance during a dehydration treatment.Magnesium plays an important role in electrolyte balance, while magnesium, calcium and vitamin C promote energy metabolism.A balanced nutrient intake is particularly useful during a dehydration treatment.

The effervescent tablets contain 300 mg magnesium (80% of the recommended daily dose), 800 mg calcium (100% of the recommended daily dose), 80 mg vitamin C (100% of the recommended daily dose), 12 mg vitamin E (100% of the recommended daily dose), 56 mg caffeine and 60 mg nettle leaf extract per daily dose of two tablets.The recommended daily doses are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.There is no reference amount for caffeine and nettle leaf extract.

The ingredients include acidulants such as citric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavors, vitamin C, aqueous extract of nettle leaves, caffeine, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and saccharin sodium, vitamin E and coloring riboflavin-5'-phosphate.One tablet contains 0.02 bread units (BE).

Dosage

The recommended dosage is one effervescent tablet twice daily, dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).The resulting drink is refreshing and contains caffeine.
