Aurica birch leaf tea is used to flush the urinary tract and for kidney disease.It also supports the treatment of rheumatic complaints.The ingredients in the tea, which are obtained from the leaves of silver birch and downy birch, promote urine production and thus help to flush bacteria and inflammatory substances from the urinary tract.This can shorten the duration of bladder or kidney infections and flush out painful metabolic deposits such as those that occur with gout or rheumatic complaints.

Contraindications

There are no specific contraindications known.However, flushing therapy is not indicated for water retention (edema) due to restricted cardiac or kidney activity.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows is drunk several times a day: A tablespoon full (approx. 2 g) of birch leaf tea is poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, strained through a tea strainer.It is important to ensure that you also drink plenty of fluids.
