Per daily serving (1 capsule), the product contains 50 mg coenzyme Q10, 1.1 mg vitamin B1 (100% NRV), 3.5 mg vitamin B2 (250% NRV), 2.8 mg vitamin B6 (200% NRV), 5 μg vitamin B12 (200% NRV), 50 μg biotin (100% NRV), 24 mg vitamin E (200%NRV), 12 mg vitamin C (15% NRV) and 5 mg zinc (50% NRV).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.
