Ingredients

The Doppelherz system Omega-3 family strawberry-citron gel tabs contain the following ingredients per soft tablet for chewing:

Omega-3 concentrate from sea fish oils: 480 mg, of which total omega-3 fatty acids: 270 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 138 mg, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 90 mg, vitamin D: 5 µg.Per 2 soft tablets for chewing: Omega-3 concentrate from sea fish oils: 960 mg, of which total omega-3 fatty acids: 540 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): 276 mg, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): 180 mg, vitamin D: 10 µg.

The nutrient reference values according to EU-Regulation 1169/2011 are given for vitamin D; there are no nutrient reference values available for the other ingredients.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Children 4-5 years old can chew 1 soft tablet daily.Children aged 6 and over, teenagers and adults can chew 2 soft tablets daily if they follow a diet low in omega-3 fatty acids.The dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
