Doppelherz system Magnesium + Potassium Citrate is a dietary supplement with sweeteners.These are sachets containing magnesium, potassium and vitamin B6 that can be dissolved in water and have a blood orange-pomegranate flavor.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

A daily portion, consisting of a sachet, contains:

350 mg magnesium, 300 mg potassium and 5 mg vitamin B6.

The other ingredients are trimagnesium dicitrate, acidifier citric acid, filler isomalt, potassium citrate, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavors, maltodextrin, beetroot juice concentrate, sweetener sodium cyclamate, sweetener sodium saccharin and coloring riboflavin-5-phosphate.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.People with kidney or heart disease should consult a doctor before taking potassium.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is: Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) once a day outside of meals and drink it.The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
