Directions for use of the article Magnetrans 400 mg trink-granulat: - This is a food supplement with magnesium. - To take, add the contents of one magnesium stick to a glass of 200 ml cold water. - The daily dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 1 stick. - The product contains 375 mg of magnesium per portion and thus covers 100% of the daily magnesium requirement. - It is important to store the product in a dry place at room temperature and out of the reach of children. - The ingredients include magnesium citrate, sweeteners and flavourings. - The product is lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan. - The product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. - The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. - A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important, as food supplements are not a substitute for this. - If you have any questions about the use of the product, you can contact the manufacturer's service hotline.

I often have cramps in my legs at night after sport, running or physical exertion. That's why I have Magnetrans. It can be easily mixed into a water bottle for training and replenishes magnesium directly during training. It tastes great. Thanks to the practical packaging, I can always have it with me. I'm looking forward to the long-term effects!

The drink is pleasantly refreshing and the flavour of orange and grapefruit is a great choice. The flavour is pleasant and recognisable. I was expecting the drink to be bitter thanks to the grapefruit, but it's actually good and sweet.

The flavour is fantastic, I like it very much. The product is in small bags, so you can put it in your pocket, it's very practical. I have no problems with muscles after. Every day, take one bag, everything is fine.

I started using this product on 19 October. I have been feeling very tired lately, I have had calf cramps mainly at night, I started using Magnetrans® 400. After only 5 days of use I started to get rid of the cramps at night. As a result, I stopped feeling less tired after the next 3 days. The general stress side also improved quickly, I feel better. I am quite an active runner and I have to say that I no longer have such pain in my lower limbs such as calves and thighs after training. Overall I feel better, I'm more active, I don't feel tired. I started to feel more focussed at work and in my personal life. I don't like swallowing tablets, so this soluble form is a great advantage for me. The only minus I have to write is that the sachet does not dissolve completely and undissolved sediment remains on the glass. I am very happy with this product and am already looking forward to buying another pack.

I had a long-term magnesium deficiency, so I often had muscle pain. This product has really helped me and now I can do my normal activities again without fear. The packaging is also very practical. The powder is distributed in small sachets.

I love sport, but after intensive training I often have calf cramps before going to bed. With this supplement, the cramps are gone in 5 minutes. And so, I think it helps me sleep more soundly and I have more energy in the morning. I have to say, the sachets are so practical! Ideal for on the go, travelling and leisure - a sachet is always in my backpack and it helps when I need instant relaxation for my muscles. It works without liquids and I like the taste too - it's fresh orange flavour - very tasty supplement. I will definitely be buying more!
