I've been taking Magnesium Diasporal for a few weeks now and my calf cramps are gone. it's easy to take, just dissolve it in a glass of water. the orange flavour is just right.

I can only rate this product as "very good". The product dissolves very quickly, even with still water, and the flavour is pleasantly orangey. All in all, I am very satisfied with the product, especially as a runner.

Great magnesium with magnesium citrate and high dosage. I use it for my migraines. It also tastes good.

I have been taking the drinking granules for several years. Very pleasant to drink, easy to dissolve. I am very active in sports and take the magnesium in the evening. It has a relaxing effect on me and I rarely have calf cramps.
