I tried the sticks after trying the ones from the chemist. I noticed the very pleasant flavour of this product. It's super easy to use and I've had significantly fewer cramps and symptoms caused by magnesium deficiency ever since. I can only recommend this product to anyone, although the price is a bit steep

Great magnesium with magnesium citrate and high dosage. I use it for my migraines. It also tastes good.

I have been taking the drinking granules for several years. Very pleasant to drink, easy to dissolve. I am very active in sports and take the magnesium in the evening. It has a relaxing effect on me and I rarely have calf cramps.
