The capsule contains the following ingredients: Omega-3 fatty acid concentrate from sea fish oils 61%, gelatin, humectant glycerin, D-alpha-tocopherol.

The composition per 1 tablet + 1 capsule includes: beta-carotene (2 mg, equivalent to vitamin A 333 µg RE, 41% NRV), vitamin C (110 mg, 138% NRV), vitamin B1 (1.2 mg, 110% NRV), vitamin B2 (1.6 mg, 114% NRV), vitamin B6 (1.9 mg, 136% NRV), vitamin B12(3.5 µg, 140% NRV), Vitamin D (10 µg, 100% NRV), Biotin (60 µg, 120% NRV), Folic Acid (400 µg, 200% NRV), Niacin (15 mg NE, 94% NRV), Pantothenic Acid (6 mg, 100% NRV), Iron (10 mg,71% NRV), calcium (131 mg, 16% NRV), magnesium (100 mg, 27% NRV), iodine (150 µg, 100% NRV), zinc (5 mg, 50% NRV), omega-3 fatty acids (300 mg, of which docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 225 mg, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 45 mg),Vitamin E (13 mg α-TE, 108% NRV).

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, this product should not be used.Not suitable for children and young people under 16 years of age.Do not take if you have iron storage disease or iron utilization disorders.Other preparations containing iodine should not be taken without consulting a doctor.If you consume more than 3.5 mg of zinc per day, you should avoid taking any other dietary supplements containing zinc.

Dosage

The daily portion for adults consists of 1 tablet and 1 capsule.Take 1 tablet and 1 capsule once daily with a main meal (e.g. breakfast or lunch) with sufficient liquid (e.g. still water).The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
