Directions for use of the article Ipalat Throat Pastilles sugar-free. Ipalat Throat Pastilles sugar-free are pastilles that provide pleasant moistening for a hoarse voice, sore throat and dry mouth. They contain herbal extracts of primrose root, aniseed and fennel as well as menthol and can help with hoarseness, a sore throat, a scratchy throat and an irritated cough. The pastilles can be sucked slowly and counteract a feeling of dryness in the mouth. They contain no sugar and are therefore also suitable for diabetics. The ingredients are well tolerated and there are no allergenic additives. The recommended dosage is 3 to 12 pastilles per day, depending on the severity of the symptoms. Side effects are not known. The pastilles should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Ipalat throat pastilles sugar-free are manufactured by Dr. R. Pfleger GmbH in Germany. Is reliable and helps very quickly against cough irritation. Especially after a subsiding cold in rooms with dry air or at night. You can stick it to the roof of your mouth and fall asleep.

The adverts don't lie, it's IPALAT; it can't be compared with any other throat lozenge. Not cheap, but very good. I take two lozenges a day and am very satisfied with IPALAT. And I wouldn't want to do without the flavour (which took some getting used to at first)!

Ipalat are by far the best lozenges for coughs and hoarseness that I have tried so far. The flavour takes some getting used to, but the effect is very good. Without exaggeration, these lozenges have really brought me relief.

I have been taking these throat lozenges for some time now. They help me with dry coughs, colds and dry mouth. They are also good to suck at night as they stick to the roof of the mouth. I always have them with me and can only recommend them!

I haven't had any more throat problems since I started taking Ipalat. Before that, I had purulent sore throats 4 to 5 times a year, usually with loss of voice. I always have Ipalat with me and am very happy to recommend Ipalat to others.
