Cefabene ointment is an intensive care for the treatment of skin irritations, eczema and itching. The ointment contains ingredients such as Aqua, Paraffinum Liquidum, Petrolatum, Solanum Dulcamara Stem Extract, Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Disodium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate and BHT. The ointment is applied several times to the affected skin area. It is important not to apply the ointment to the eyes, open wounds or mucous membranes. In the case of particularly damaged skin, redness and irritation may occur due to the alcohol content. Irritated skin requires special care and protection as it is more prone to irritation, redness and itching. Cefabene contains a skin-caring bittersweet stem extract derived from the climbing plant Solanum Dulcamara. The other ingredients such as white petrolatum, paraffin and cetylstearyl alcohol ensure supple skin. To soothe irritated skin, it is recommended to gently massage Cefabene into the skin. Avoiding severe temperature changes, sun exposure, extensive bathing, rubbing clothing, drying out the skin and scratching should be avoided, as this puts additional stress on irritated skin.
