Breastfeeding tea Öko is a herbal tea specially developed for breastfeeding mothers. It consists of a mixture of anise, nettle herb, fennel and caraway and supports relaxed breastfeeding for mother and child. The ingredients are sourced from controlled organic farming. It is recommended to drink 4 to 6 cups of breastfeeding tea throughout the day and to additionally consume water or low-acid fruit teas. Breastfeeding tea Öko is prepared by pouring 1 heaped teaspoon of boiling water per cup and allowing it to steep for at least 6 minutes. Breastfeeding tea Öko is produced by Bombastus-Werke AG.
