Femibion 2 Pregnancy is a food supplement specially developed for folic acid requirements during pregnancy. It contains a combination of folic acid and the premium folate metafolin, which can be utilised directly by the body. In addition, it contains selected nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acid DHA, iodine and other vitamins and minerals. These nutrients support the healthy brain development of the baby and contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The recommended intake is 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day. Femibion 2 is lactose and gluten free and available without a prescription. It is recommended to take the food supplement as a supplement to a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Femibion is a leader in the pregnancy vitamin category and is recommended by gynaecologists. I was allowed to test the tablets free of charge. I am super happy with them. The tablets contain all the nutrients and vitamins you need during pregnancy. You always have to take one capsule and one tablet.

I took part in a free product trial and was able to test Femibion 2 for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the packs did not contain any recommended dosage. Otherwise you have to be aware that you have to take one capsule and one tablet a day. Personally, it doesn't bother me and I find these supplements very balanced. Physically, I don't notice any difference, but that's not the point. The important thing is that the woman's body, including the offspring, is well supplied.
