Instructions for use of the article Spermidin Köhler: Food supplement with 500 mg soya bean extract and 1 mg spermidine. Directions: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and water. Storage: Store in a dry place away from sunlight. Nutritional declaration: Soya bean extract (500 mg) and spermidine (1 mg) per capsule. Ingredients: Soya bean extract and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell). Net quantity: 16.8 g (= 30 capsules). Country of origin: Germany. Manufacturer: Köhler Pharma GmbH, Alsbach-Hähnlein. Spermidin Köhler contains extracted spermidine from GMO-free soya beans and provides a supplementary supply of spermidine. It should not be taken by children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. It is gluten-free, without fructose, yeast, lactose, colourings, preservatives and genetic engineering. Spermidine Köhler is vegan. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. it is enough to take just one capsule a day with a glass of water, I think the beginning of 50 is a good age to start taking spermidine, I would have liked to start even earlier but unfortunately I didn't realise how important spermidine is in the ageing process until a few months ago.

SPermidine is essential for cell renewal in old age, so I take these capsules, which are very well dosed.

the older you get, the less spermidine your body can produce itself. I also personally find it very difficult to find "tasty" foods that contain spermidine. these tablets have helped me a lot and also made things easier. You only need one capsule a day, I know other manufacturers where you have to take several capsules a day, which is a disadvantage for me.

It's a shame that I had already bought a pack of 60 from my local pharmacist at the normal price, otherwise I could have saved a lot of money. And yet I still made good savings, because with Spermidin Köhler 60 capsules last for two months, as only one capsule is needed for 1 mg of spermidine. With other manufacturers, 60 capsules only last for 1 month or even less.
