Femibion 2 Pregnancy is a food supplement specially developed to meet the nutritional requirements during pregnancy. It contains a combination of folic acid, metafolin, lutein, DHA, magnesium, iodine and other vitamins and minerals. It is taken in the form of tablets and capsules, one per day with a meal and sufficient cold liquid. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. We did not notice any negative side effects. The red capsules are a little large, but still okay to swallow.

I have been taking Fembion since the 13th week of pregnancy and it has helped me a lot! e.g. against tiredness, when I forgot to take a dose I felt tired straight away. With Femibion I have the feeling of being fitter and that the baby is well cared for. You don't need to take different supplements throughout the day because Fembion contains everything you need. It is easy to take and the packaging is labelled with the days of the week so that you know exactly which day you have taken it.

I used this product in my first pregnancy and now in my second pregnancy too! After trying another cheaper product at the beginning of my second pregnancy, I switched back to femibion and I have to say that I would do it again and again. Yes, the price is enormous, which is why I'm giving it one star less, but I'm really super enthusiastic about femibion (whether 0, 1, 2 or 3) :) clear recommendation to buy!
