the capsules were recommended to me by a very good friend who is a pharmacist and after consulting my GP I have been taking them for a few months now. There are 3 pack sizes, but I don't think the 2-month pack is the best.

It's a shame that I had already bought a pack of 60 from my local pharmacist at the normal price, otherwise I could have saved a lot of money. And yet I still made good savings, because with Spermidin Köhler 60 capsules last for two months, as only one capsule is needed for 1 mg of spermidine. With other manufacturers, 60 capsules only last for 1 month or even less.
