Instructions for use of the article Elevit 1 Kinderwunsch & Schwangerschaft Tabletten: Elevit 1 is a food supplement in the form of tablets that provides women from the time they wish to have children up to the 12th week of pregnancy with important vitamins and minerals. The recommended daily dose is one tablet. The tablets contain vitamins A, D, E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium and iodine. Taking Elevit 1 supports the increased nutrient requirements during childbearing and the first trimester of pregnancy. In particular, the folic acid and metafolin combinations contained can help reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Elevit 1 is lactose- and gluten-free. After the end of the 12th week of pregnancy, it is recommended to switch to Elevit 2, which is adapted to the nutritional needs of advanced pregnancy. Elevit 1 should be stored out of the reach of children and kept dry at a maximum of 25°C.
