Folio® men is a dietary supplement that was specially developed for men who want to have children.It contains a combination of vitamins, minerals and the phytochemical lycopene to support male fertility and sperm production.No prescription is required for this product.

Daily intake is recommended as follows: Take one tablet of Folio® men whole without chewing with sufficient liquid during a meal or snack.The tablets should be stored dry, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and out of the reach of small children.

Ingredients and nutritional information

Folio® men contains the following vitamins per tablet: 300 µg folic acid (B9), 1.4 mg vitamin B2, 3 mg vitamin B6, 9 µg vitamin B12, 20 µg vitamin D3, 100 mg vitamin C, 167 µg RE vitamin A and 40 mg α-TE vitamin E. The minerals include 10 mg zinc, 90 µgSelenium and 1000 µg copper.It also contains 0.5 mg of the secondary plant substance lycopene.

The ingredients include fillers such as cellulose and calcium phosphates, coating agents such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and polyethylene glycol, and anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc.Other ingredients include zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), copper sulfate, beta-carotene (vitamin A), lycopene, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), sodium selenite, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), colors such as calcium carbonate and biochar, as well as stabilizers such as sunflower lecithin and riboflavin (vitamin B2).

The product does not contain any allergens.The net filling quantity is 26 g, which corresponds to 30 tablets.The product is made in Germany.The vitamin D3 it contains is obtained from sheep's wool and is so highly purified that no traces of animal DNA can be detected.

Important notes

Folic acid, vitamin B12 and zinc are essential for cell division.Selenium, copper, vitamin E and vitamin C help protect cells from oxidative stress, which is particularly important for male fertility as sperm are sensitive to this stress factor.The phytochemical lycopene is also contained in the tablets.
