Very effective alternative to iron supplements in tablet form or similar. No complaints such as diarrhoea and cramps and at the same time well absorbed by the body!

Ferrotone helps to keep my iron levels at a good level. I can't take it pure, but in juice it's just about tolerable. Logically, it tastes a lot like iron.
