Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

In acute cases, 1 tablet up to six times a day; in chronic cases, 1 tablet one to three times a day.The tablet should be allowed to dissolve in the mouth so that the mineral molecules slowly dissolve and are absorbed through the oral mucosa.Alternatively, the tablets can be dissolved in a glass of water and drunk in small sips, keeping each sip in the mouth for a few minutes.Schuessler salts should not be taken immediately after eating.For an individual dosage, you should consult your doctor, pharmacist or therapist.The supplements should be used competently and specifically.If you are unsure, seek advice from the pharmacy or a therapist.
