Ingredients of Abtei Kieselerde Biotin Plus tablets: Silica (35.5%), maltodextrin, fillers cellulose, gum arabic, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate, thickener hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium oxide, release agent silicon dioxide, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, isomalt, vitamin C, coloring agent calcium carbonate, nicotinamide,Calcium D-pantothenate, zinc oxide, vegetable oils (coconut, palm kernel), copper sulfate, vitamin B2, biotin, folic acid.

Ingredients per 2 tablets (daily dose): Silica: 1000 mg, of which silicon: 400 mg, pantothenic acid: 6 mg (100%*), folic acid: 200 µg (100%*), vitamin B2: 1.4 mg (100%*), biotin: 350 µg (700%*), vitamin C: 40 mg (50%*), copper:1 mg (100%*), Zinc: 5 mg (50%*), Magnesium: 60 mg (16%*), Calcium: 120 mg (15%*).* Reference quantity according to EU-Food Information Regulation.
