The Sovita care hair complex capsules contain a special combination of evening primrose oil, millet and tomato extract as well as zinc and various B vitamins.These include the water-soluble vitamins B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin.Biotin and zinc help maintain normal skin and hair health.Vitamin B6 supports the formation of cysteine, while folic acid is involved in the regulated formation of amino acids.Cysteine and amino acids are important building blocks of proteins that are necessary for the growth of hair and nails.Folic acid also plays an important role in cell division, which takes place constantly, especially in the skin, hair and nails, in order to renew them.

Application
