Summary: Doppelherz aktiv Seefischöl Omega-3 1000 mg is a food supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins. Taking 2 capsules daily supports the balance of blood lipid levels and cholesterol as well as homocysteine levels. The product is tasteless and odourless. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore be taken in with food. They play an important role in the cardiovascular system. Besides omega-3 fatty acids, the product also contains vitamin E and vitamins of the B-complex, which fulfil important functions in the metabolism.
