Directions for use of the article Rökan Tropfen 40 Mg Rökan Tropfen 40 mg contains dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves and is used for the symptomatic treatment of mental performance deficits caused by brain disorders. It can also be used to prolong pain-free walking distance in arterial occlusive disease, dizziness and ringing in the ears. The dosage is 20-40 drops three to two times a day for adults. The duration of treatment is at least 8 weeks for brain-organic performance disorders, 6 weeks for improvement of walking distance performance and 12 weeks for supportive treatment of ringing in the ears. Rökan Tropfen 40 mg must not be taken if you are allergic to ginkgo biloba or any of the other ingredients or during pregnancy. Side effects may include bleeding, hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal complaints, headache and dizziness. Rökan Tropfen 40 mg should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. You should not use the medicine for longer than 3 months without medical advice.
