Directions for use of Acidum Formic D6: Acidum Formic D6 is a homeopathic medicinal product of the anthroposophical therapeutic system. It contains the active substance Acidum formicicum e formica Dil. D6 aquos. The medicinal product is registered but no specific therapeutic indication is given. If there is no improvement in symptoms during the use of the medicinal product, medical advice should be sought. It should not be used if there is hypersensitivity (allergy) to ant poison. Acidum Formic D6 should not be used in children under 12 years of age, as there is insufficient documented experience. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should only use the medicine after consulting a doctor. There are no known interactions with other medicinal products. The subcutaneous injection is usually given into the thigh, the outer side of the upper arm or the abdominal region. It is recommended to learn the injection technique from an experienced person. The duration of use requires consultation with the doctor. There are no known side effects. If side effects occur, they should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist. The medicinal product must not be used after the expiry date which is stated on the ampoules and the folding box. It should be kept out of the reach of children.
