Instructions for use of the article Cefasel 100 Nutri Selenium Tabs: Cefasel 100 nutri is a food supplement containing 100 µg of selenium. Selenium supports the normal function of the immune system and thyroid gland, protects cells from oxidative damage and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and sperm formation. The recommended intake consists of one tablet daily, taken unchewed with some liquid. It is recommended to avoid simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C, as this may interfere with the optimal availability of sodium selenite. However, delayed intake (at least one hour apart) no longer affects availability. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded as excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The product should be kept out of the reach of small children.
